CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN TERMS
GENERAL
1. By placing an order electronically through this website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable legislation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product purchased.
3. Shipping costs for delivering the product will be paid by the buyer.
4. Each product purchased is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the agreement.
5. The product purchased must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and together with any warranty certificate, user manual, or similar documents, if applicable.
6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation. The total amount paid must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
7. Jewelry and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
IF THE PRICE OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID
8. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product, or cancels the payment through the bank's records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
PURCHASES MADE THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
9. If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment was used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the price of the product sold is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product covered by the agreement to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs to be borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITHIN THE PERIOD DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
10. If force majeure circumstances that the seller could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered within the period, the buyer will be notified of the situation. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order and has paid in cash, the amount will be refunded to them in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the buyer paid by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation; however, it may take the bank 2–3 weeks to credit this amount to the buyer's account.
THE BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
11. The buyer must inspect the goods/service covered by the agreement before accepting delivery, and must not accept delivery of damaged or defective goods/services (e.g. crushed, broken, with torn packaging, etc.) from the shipping company. Goods/services accepted upon delivery are deemed to be undamaged and intact. The buyer must take good care of the goods/service after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/service must not be used. The invoice must be returned together with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
12. The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, by notifying the seller through the contact details below, rejecting the goods without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification.

PERIOD OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
14. If what the buyer purchased is a service, this 14-day period begins on the date the agreement was signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service agreements where performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
15. Costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.
16. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the seller by registered mail, fax, or email within the 14 (fourteen)-day period, and the product must not have been used, in accordance with the provisions on “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” set out in this agreement.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
17. An invoice is required for the product delivered to the third party or the buyer. If the invoice of the product to be returned was issued to a company, it must be returned together with the return invoice issued by that company. Order returns invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
18. The return form, along with the box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the products to be returned, must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS
19. The seller is obliged to refund the total amount and any documents that place the buyer under debt to the buyer within 10 days at the latest from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and to take back the goods within 20 days.
20. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a fault attributable to the buyer, or if the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for damages to the extent of their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from the proper use of the goods or product during the withdrawal period.
21. If the exercise of the right of withdrawal causes the order to fall below the campaign's minimum threshold, the discount amount benefited from within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
22. In accordance with the Regulation, returns are not possible for: goods prepared according to the buyer's request or explicitly personal needs and not suitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimsuit and bikini bottoms; cosmetic products; single-use products; goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date may pass; products whose return would be inappropriate for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened by the buyer after delivery; products that become mixed with other products after delivery and cannot by their nature be separated; periodicals such as newspapers and magazines other than those supplied under a subscription agreement; services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, or computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the buyer. In addition, in accordance with the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
23. For cosmetic and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes, and stationery consumables to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND ITS LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
24. If the buyer defaults on payments made by credit card, the buyer accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank, and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may pursue legal action; may claim any resulting costs and attorney's fees from the buyer; and in any case, in the event the buyer defaults on their debt, the buyer accepts that they will pay for the loss and damage suffered by the seller due to the delayed performance of the debt.
